FAIRMONT - Randy Lee Ogren, age 44, of Fairmont, MN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 13, 2024, in St. Paul, MN.
A Celebration of Life service will be held for Randy at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 25th, 2024, at the Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center in Trimont, MN (111 Apple Street East, Trimont, MN 56176) with Pastor Jerry Clark of the Fairmont Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will take place prior to the time of service from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
Burial will take place at Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery in Fairmont.
Randy was born on July 1, 1980, to Randy Sr. and Soon Bok Ogren in Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
Randy Lee Ogren, Jr. was a valuable employee of Target Center, Leaning Tower of Pizza and National Camera Exchange of Minneapolis and Hand BROS. Commercial Fishing locally in Fairmont, MN
Randy richly enjoyed the finest things in this privileged existence we call life.
Randy was vocal about his Faith. He prayed, hunted, fished, trapped, planted trees, and volunteered six days a week.
Randy pursued his Art Degree continually taking to Acrylic Medium Paints on Canvas which was his most favorite method for creating Art. He also was an expert on the technical aspect of art utilizing his degree from Art Institutes International of Minneapolis. Randy followed the Ogren Family traditions and earned it. Randy Sr. was a Dunwoody Guy.
Merely begin where you are at. Have Faith, add in a heaping dash of audacity, all the while saying your Prayers.
Remember to always CHOOSE the correct and best option.
We are having a Party. Smile like ya mean it. Be the Kind and Responsible One. Arrive Safely at Your Destination. Please practice Appreciation.
Everyone has a valuable role and position to play. Everyone most assuredly has a valuable story to share and emulate. Be quite certain to live it authentically so you may share your Faith.
Randy Lee Ogren, Jr. arrived in Oklahoma during a historic drought. He entered Heaven during a historic drought.
We as the Ogren Family celebrate knowing Randy was blessed to witness a Beautiful Sunrise with His Beloved Helper Sill by his side.
Randy will be forever be remembered by his sister, Laura Belle Ogren Girard; nephew, Landon Girard; uncles, Charles Ogren and Russell Ogren; aunts, Karen Morris, Sheryl Ogren; many relatives in South Korea; and other family and friends; and of course his beloved blue heeler, Sill.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Randy Sr. and Soon Bok Ogren; grandparents, Harold and Avis Ogren; uncles, Keith, Steven Ogren, and Jerry Morris; and other relatives.
In Randy’s memory, his family requests that you please bring a Christmas tree ornament for them to remember him by. There will be a tree at his services to hang it on and leave for the family.
