Call us anytime at 507-639-5711 to learn more or begin arrangements.

  • Why should I choose a locally owned funeral home?

Choosing a locally owned funeral home means you’re working with people who truly understand and care about the community and who live and work here every day. The money you spend here stays here, and isn't sent to out of town owners.

Our team is dedicated to providing personal, honest care tailored to each family, honoring local traditions while creating meaningful services that celebrate your loved one’s life.

  • Can I transfer my existing preneed plan to your funeral home?

If you’ve made arrangements with another funeral home and wish to transfer them to us, we’re here to help. We have done this process with many area families, and the process couldn't be simpler. There is NO COST to you, and the value of your policy is NEVER affected.

    The process:

    • You (and your spouse, if applicable) sign one form requesting the transfer.
    • We will contact the funeral home to retrieve your paperwork on your behalf.
    • We will meet in person or over the phone to go through our planning guide, put together an estimate for funeral costs, and write an obituary if desired.
    • And if you relocate and need to move your plans elsewhere, we’ll gladly assist with that too.
  • What makes Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center different from larger, corporate funeral homes?

Unlike corporate funeral homes, we are family-owned and community-focused.

That means every service is personalized, every detail is handled with care, and you’re supported by people who genuinely care about your family and your loved one.

We focus on creating honest, meaningful experiences rather than cookie-cutter solutions.

  • How do your prices compare to other funeral homes?

At Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center, we’re proud to offer pricing that is typically lower across all service types, whether it’s a traditional funeral, cremation, or celebration of life.

Our online pricing guide makes it easy for families to see costs and compare services. We encourage everyone in the community to look beyond just the numbers and consider the care, attention, and value that a funeral home provides when making this important choice.

We would be happy to sit down with you at our facility or your home to discuss options, whether or not you are committed to working with us yet or not.

  • Do you offer preplanning services, and how do they work?

Yes, we offer preplanning to help you or your loved ones make arrangements ahead of time.

Preplanning allows families to reduce stress, lock in costs, and ensure wishes are respected.

Our team will guide you through the process, explain your options, and create a plan that fits your needs—all while giving you peace of mind for the future.
