Our History

Ean and Greg began working together in 2015 and have always planned on continuing to work together when Ean returned home after college and his internship.

In January of 2023, Ean returned to Trimont from Sheboygan, WI, where he had been working as a funeral director. After months of looking for the right location to build the facility for Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center, it was decided that finding a place to renovate and add on to would suit our business better.

In March of 2023, discussions with the Trimont United Methodist Church began to purchase their building. The church would retain the right to meet for services and host their usual events, and Ean would be free to renovate the building, and add on to suit the needs of our business and community.

On July 14, 2023, Ean & Crystal officially closed on the purchase of the church. The process of clearing out the building, cleaning, and initial renovation began immediately. (View pictures of our renovations and additions HERE).

On November 6, 2023, Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center received our license from the state to be able to serve families as a funeral home. Our interior renovations had been completed, and we opened our doors to the public.

In addition to the funerals, visitations, and receptions that we have hosted, we have been very pleased to bring our community together through educational seminars, blood drives, community band concerts, farmers markets, community coffees, and more!
